Hello Dear, In the COMOS-Documentation I saw that it is mandatory to install a driver, to use the USB-Dongle which is not a plug and play device. Did you installed that driver? If not, please do so, otherwise the operating system and COMOS cannot find and use the Dongle. In case you need further help, can you please open a ticket at Siemens? I am sure that they will be glad to help you. Here you see how to do that. Attaching a copy of the affected license file will surely help, will avoid questions coming back from that Helpdesk to you. All the very best, SuperPippo |

Thanks a lot for your feedback, dear Wav82: this is the way it should be; I love it to also see solutions, not only questions and issues in the internet. Great. Here you have the link to the driver which I know. With best regards, SuperPippo |

Thanks Superpippo. I checked on the PC name of CLS and change it accordingly. Now it works. Best regards |
