They are saying its not possible without certificate of license or dongle

I know that you wished to recover the license from Siemens. But As you do not have the CoL or USB stick their answer sounds logical.

Because of two reasons:

1. Commercial Reason: Siemens Should ensure that you have already bought this S/W package. How could they know without CoL or USB stick.?
2. Technical Reason: When Siemens send the recovered License key, they send it with the same serial No. of the old deffected one. The Serial No. is printed on CoL and on USB stick. And Now you don't have both, So. That was their answer.

Finally, there are no free learning, in the future, keep the CoL and USB stick as you may need to them if you get any further problem in the license keys.

you can try some Unformat tools that are available online. Some of them needs to be paid, some others are free.

Before rewriting or doing other operations on USB stick just search in internet for those recovery tools... It's a small and stupid file, the chances of recovering it can be nice...

 Yes I had tried them all but i couldn recover licence but everything else.

Try to contact Siemens for recovery. 

But I am sure that they will ask you about the hard copy licence. 

If they refused to recover your license, then buy another one. 

And be careful when working with licence keys to save your money.

very unpleasant situation. If I can give my opinion, if you buy your SW on authorised Siemens representative, they have your order, name of company, other needed infos. In this case I don't see problems to receive your re-new licence. Look pls, I got my certificate, dongle, simply must know that I must care about that, but still think about no problem (if your order exists) for re-new your licence, simply Siemens can check that if you're relevant user. Give info pls.

We format the laptop and the license key also lost, how can i retrieve the key.

no problem, prepare your needed things (licence list, USB srick, ...) and contact your Siemens partner. You'll receive answer how it can be recovered. This Works without problems, personal experience.
