Can someone explain why this still happening? I've tried so far every communication config. But it still not working. |

Hello, have you checked whether the address and type of the HMI tag correspond to the one created in the PLC. good luck.

in addition: Have you checked, both plc and hmi have a correct time and date? (Necessary for the certificate check of the communication) |

Hi, thanks for your tip. Yes, I've created a HMI connection and insert all the tags in the HMI tag list, with the corresponding connection, PLC device and tag (it was a DB tag). Same for the datatype.

Hi, thanks for addition. Yes, I've checked the date and time settings to make sure that both is in the same time zone, date and hour. Maybe can it be related to issues between firmware versions? My HMI is v19.0.0.0 and my PLC is 4.5.

Hello, does this only happen on a specific tag? Which HMI model are you using? Have you tried to recompile all of the project? good luck.
