LOGO 8.3 communication is significantly slower than previous Logo8 units?

LWE1.0.1 can't upload project to Logo 8.3 (LWE gives firmware error)

LWE 1.1 can upload to Logo 8.2 and make it slow loading too.

So the problem not in hardware Logo 8.2 or 8.3 but in the software LWE 1.1 made web pages that much slow loading. I do not know why.

I try LWE 1.0 and got faster loading pages on both Logo 8.2 and 8.3 hardware.

 You can't upload LWE1.0 project to 8.3 hardware. Maybe via SD card deployment, but not directly from LWE. Btw, LSC project loading speed is different too (Logosoft project loading was always blindlingy fast), but same project with hardware 8.3 takes little more time. LWE projects are slow as hell with 8.3 hardware.

 Yes, 8.3 need only LWE 1.1 but LWE 1.1 can be used with 8.2 hardware too.

LWE 1.1 make all hardware very slow loading pages and upload or download speed.

While LWE 1.0 make all problem gone with 8.2 and 8.3. However it is not good as LWE 1.1 like features on text format and scaling, trend view , dial guage, decimal point , WEB cam and etc.

Is there any other workaround than use 8.2 series logos ? I find this VERY uncomfortable, its like back to ISDN era... Speed and website response times are so slow you cannot build any projects to customers without complaining & excuses... oh and it really does not matter if using https or http. Still way too slow and memorycard speed class has no impact to it.

 If you use LWE 1.0 then it is much faster than LWE 1.1

But LWE 1.0 can not put decimal points , no trend graph, unable to adjust Text size and color.

Sigh. Don't expect fast solution. After shifting LOGO! development to another country everything is slower, fixing bugs and releasing service packs is almost gone. Reported LWE 1.1 bug on March 2021, got official answer, that info forwarded to development team. 9 months passed so far... without any action. Hard to believe that nobody cares, while development  was in Germany, but now it looks like this is norm. Cultural differences?

 I wonder why the same hardware LOGO response to LWE 1.0 and LWE 1.1 so different in speed of read and write to microSDcard. I expect new better firmware for hardware or LWE newer version fix the speed of read/write too slow coming soon.

August 2022, everything remains the same. Loading from LWE to LOGO takes forever, in my case 20 minutes. Access to the personalized web page and its subsequent first load, slow, very slow. This system could be great, but its speed makes it useless, it can't be used with clients.

 My suspect on read/write to SDcard could be too slow because LWE web pages are stored on SDcard. If not read/write speed issue, may be it is the LWE 1.1 itself has something that limit transfer speed. I hope they can make it better soon.

Heiy its 2023 and issues remain... I uploaded empty website to logo 8.2 and 8.3, then measured website loading time with chome after you press login. 

1. 8.2 around 10s
2. 8.3 around 30s (http) version.

Then another test, added 1 push button and background image to site.

1. 8.2 around 10s
2. 8.3 around 31s

Then uploaded my 4 page project to 8.3 and clocked 42s. Same opens in 8.2 around 13s.

Then the mighty amazon cloud as workaround to use as webserver with 8.3. Ok for just few buttons but fails when you upload basic bacground and similar objects to website. It cannot handle objects from lwe 1.1.1 so I dont really get the point for this feature.

My workaround was 8.2 logo, after creating website with lwe 1.0.1 manually edit it, then upload to logo. Feel the pain....
