Can someone provide a quick reference guide for setting up remote access to the logo web page for control 

I have it all working on local network but now need to set it ip to control it remotely

 You can use DDNS services like Noip.com and do port forwarding in your router.

i didnt quite get the answer i was after 

i am chasing some instructions to access the logo webpage remotely, i have the logo working on a local network Via LAN/ ethernet controlling functions from the LWE custom web page. Now i need to get remote access to the LWE webpage from outside the local network ideally on a mobile phone i can load the LWE webpage. 

Could someone provide instructions on how to set this up

 Did you have DSL internet connected to your router or LAN..?

Or do you use 4G SIM router..?
