LWE to Logo Yearly Timer setting not working

I am using a yearly timer that I set from the LWE software. I set it as a scaled time block and time is yearly(month day)  When I go to edit the time it will take the month from 1-12 as expected but the day will also only go from 1-12 if I try to add anything above 12 it just keeps the days anything it was set to last i.e. I set the date 12-5 it takes then I change 5-13 it will change to month 5 but keeps day at 5.

Not sure what I am missing here.
