Hi, this is a very subjective question, please refer to the attachment, it shows the calculated MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for the Masterdrive family of drives depending on the frame size (Of which your drive is a frame size 'G') As the document states, experience shows that 300 to 400% of the MTBF can be expected DEPENDING on the use and duty cycle etc etc. If your drive is not correctly rated for example, then overloads will be frequent and the lifespan is reduced. Clearly, this is for the Masterdrive as a system, but specifically for the DC Link capacitors, heat is the main enemy, excessive temperatures can cause the dielectric in the capacitors to dry out prematurely. Then the capacitance will start to drift and charge characteristics are greatly affected. Hope this helps, Regards, Graeme
