Hi there. Some time ago I bought a MAXA i-32V5 Heatpump. I have a fully domotic home controlled by an S7 1200 CPU (1212 DC/DC/DC). I've now installed a CB1241 module for rs485 (Modbus RTU) to control this heatpump. The question is: - How can I control this heat pump? I've read thousand of pages regarding modbus protocol but i'can't understand how this heatpump codes work....Can Someone help me? I need to control the heatpump on - off and the varios modes ex: cooling, heating, hot water production from SCADA. I also need to set the working temperatures from SCADA (cooling temp, heating temp, hot water temp). You can find the documentation of the heatpump and its own Modbus Protocol in the attachment (sorry for the italian version) thanks and regards to you all. Hi AntonySC For Modbus RTU communication using S7-1200 controlles there are 3 FBs that are used, MB_MASTER and MB_SLAVE and MB_COMM_LOAD. In your case seems that the master would be the S7-1200, so you will need to use MB_MASTER and MB_COMM_LOAD FBs only. I order to configure these FBs and know how them works i suggest you to check TIA Porta manual and also following FAQs and applications examples: 1. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/47756141 2. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109746404 3. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/58386780 Hope it helps. |
