maximum Analog value goes only till 2044

I have an analog input module which is configured for 0 to 10 vdc on a cpu ET200sp  when i change the input from 0 to 10 vdc  minimum to max the analog values only goes up to 2044 only .

I checked the wiring with multimeter and the signal is 0 to 10 vdc  is correct.

 where come from this value? Are you sure that all is correct? Your analog module is configurate well?

In the block you show in your screenshot, your parameter MODE is set to 0. This corresponds to no coding value for analog input types in the channel driver.

Please check the post by ORECA in the following thread, which discusses a case very similar to yours: Based on the table in his screenshot, your MODE parameter should be set at 16#108 for a range of 0-10 V.

 value comes from the pot connected on AI module and 0 to 10vdc 

i checked the signal with multimeter . we use zener diode and resissyors to drop 24 to 10 vdc and then send to the AI module via a pot

The wiring was not correct.
