MB_Server Status Always 7002

Hello Experts,

I am using S71515-2PN PLC (V1.8) and I need to establish communication with DCS over MODBUS TCP/IP. PLC is server so I have used MB_Server function for this. The status is always 7002. I checked the help and it says "CONNECTION IS BEING ESTABLISHED" but status never changes to 7000. The BUSY bit is always on. Anybody knows what could be the reason.

Actually I performed this test earlier with MODBUS Client utility like MODBUS Poll, MODBUS Master Simulator from Radzio etc. but I have similar issue. The status is always 7002. I am not able to look inside the FB because this is locked function from Siemens. I am complete stuck with this. I could not understand that what is the issue.

I have another system with same configuration and that system is working correctly. BTW can you please explain the meaning of "Intermediate Call, Connection is being established" (Status 7002).

I will check once again your recommendations. Here is the attached file for holding register. BTW, should I use 72 or 64 as HW Identifier. Currently I am using 72, which is for port X2 P1 (CPU 1515-2PN).

I am using FBD as language and as you will see the ENO is active. If the instruction will not be active then I will not get the status as 7002. Hope, I am not missing something.

I am using MODBUS Poll as a client. So I have defined the IP address of my notebook into TCON_IP_V4 and PLC as Server address into MODBUS Poll. But MODBUS Poll says, "Write Error".

I am not sure where I am making a silly mistake.
