Measurement and registration standard signal like 4 mA-20 mA or 0-10 V

I have a PLC Simatic s7-1200 and i have a question about it's possible to measurment and registration standard signal like 4-20 mA or 0-10 V from analog input?

Analog modules (from all PLC manufacturers) use a ADC (analog-to digital converter circuit, for analog inputs) or a DAC (digital-to-analog converter circuit, for analog outputs) that converts the sensor values in Volts or mA to/from a digital (numerical) value that makes sense to the CPU's operating system.
