memory card problem

shaouki Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I formatted memory card of automat siemens s7-315 by mistake, and when I insert it in the PLC, TIA V11 software crashes, and I lose connection between PC and PLC, can anyone tell me the solution. and thank you in advance

You will need to buy a new one.

ActuallySolutionFinder is Rite...There is a option of tacking Backup from MMC and Download to MMC in File Menu Of TIA V11.. You Should Go for that If Nothing Happen then first Try Support Request.. Then If No option available then you can Buy a new one..
