What did you expect would happen after a memory reset?

First of all, why are you asking about screens? The memory reset acts on the load memory of the CPU, that is the only area affected.

Second, did you expect to have the memory card contents wiped or erased? In that case, look at the suggested manual of the IM 151-8, section 8.4.4, Formatting the Simatic Micro Memory Card. The sequence for Formatting and Memory reset are different, read the instructions carefully.
