Missing PG/PC interfaces on Windows 10

Hello sir. I've seen that you can help many people. I hope you can help me too. When I open Set PG/PC interface on my computer, I see that it is blank. I opened the hidden folders as you said. But I couldn't see the data file. Can you help me?

Press the pull-down arrow on the blank line of Access point.
Is there an add option?

there is no option showing in PG/PC settings. what to do now??

I also have the same problem after I instal TIA V18 on my PC on windows 10.

I don´t understand why and what I can do.

here what I have instaled and what there is in the set pg/pc interface
