Dear sir / Mam i have total 12 mm440/430 drive are communicatiing with 3 plcs . thae all drives are running for pump and fan application there is nothing any special application related to this. this all drives are comminicating with 3 plcs, [ plc1--3 drves, plc2- 6drives, plc3-3drives] erlier they are communicating for only 2 parameters , one is status word and other is speed feedback, for this we have usscommunication protocol based on PZD. but now requirement is changed they want to monitor 16 parameter so we changed USS communication protocol based on PKW. now the plc1 and plc 2 all drives are communicating but plc3- 3 drives are not communicating properly. please some one help me in this problem here i m giving u progrm block also i am using same program everywhwere, in two plcs its working but why not it working with last plc and drives, all drives and plc are ok. i am using Siemens S7-300 cpu 315-2DP in all three panels.
