Modbus communication of ST 30 to DCS

I need to transfer it's data to a Yokogawa DCS using modbus communication. Does the onboard RS485 port of this PLC support this provision? Can anyone give me a rough idea about how to establish this communication physically. And which blocks should i use in the programming.
