Hi, Maybe have a look at Communication between SIMATIC S7 and Modicon M340 via Modbus TCP example under chapter "4.1 Program structure of S7 CPU and ET200S CPU with integrated PN interface ". About Profibus DP. See SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 31xC and CPU 31x: Technical specifications manual under chapter "3.1.2 PROFIBUS DP". Personally I prefer to keep the MPI port default, to have the "service port" easy to access. I hope I could help! |

Hi phucuong231, yes you can use the Profinet port for Modbus/TCP communication and of course Profibus port. Even at the same time . For modbus you have to use SIMATIC Modbus/ TCP PN-CPU (2XV9450-1MB02) https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/ps/2XV9450-1MB02
