Monitor operator events

When I click button I do an action, then try to write a name of action to internal tag as string, then set trigger tag of an alarm which was my event but unfortunately it works only sometimes. At the end I reset my trigger tag.

Can you help me how to do it?

is there any other solution without using audit trail? I saw that someone tried to do this by creating alarms but I dont't know how to do this

You could do it by script, but it would be very laborious, because in each button when changing the status you should call a script that collects information for example by GetUserName.

In attachments you can see what I've prepared. To test this I have 2 buttons. You can see the code on buttons event click.

The problem is that after starting simulation when I click Button1 the name of event doesn't appear in the event alarm. Second click on Button1 makes the alarm event full - it means with the name "Button1 clicked".

When I do first click on Button2 the name of event alarm stays from Button1, second click on Button2 sets the name of event alarm "Button2 clicked".

It looks like the SetTagChar cannot write the name of event to "Event_Name" tag before the trigger tag (for example "Trig_Test_1") of an alarm is called. The write of event name is too slow...

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this?
