If you use a 2nd S7-1200 configured as an i-Device, you can add 3 more RS232 ports.

If you do install the RS485 signal board in the main PLC, you can purchase a RS485<->RS232 converter and have 4 RS232 ports on a single S7-1200.

I need to have more than 3 RS 232 port (CM 1241), but I can add only 3 cards on the rack in TiaPortal(slots 103,102,101).

How can I have more than 3 cards CM 1241 on one S7-1200 ?

RS485 - RS232 converters from BlackBox are not "standard" converters.  You pay a good amount of money for them, but they work great and cause no problems.  There are less expensive alternatives that work equally well that I would consider "above-standard".

hello, from my own experience it has not been very good with the standard converters since it usually gives problems in the equipment on both sides. 

In my experience, this solution would likely be by far the easiest to maintain and expand because it is simply sending data to an ip address and port.  The gateway configuration handles all the messy rs232 details for you.

If you need dynamically adjustable rs232 ports, you also need a way to reconfigure gateway based serial ports remotely from the PLC, which I would expect from anything above an entry level gateway product.

@Duris_I, you scored the real winner here.  I wish I had thought of that suggestion rather than the messy suggestion I provided.

in other side you can use your profinet port with some Ethernet to serial Gayeways attached via some switch and acted as Servers. This can be also good solution for you. All depends to free resources in your S7 CPU. System is also independed to each of chanel, same as you use independed serial modules.
