Motor module replacement

khangtd46 Bronze Member Joined: 10/27/2017 Last visit: 9/14/2024 Posts: 59 Rating: (0)	Hello experts, in the factory i have a broken Motor module 6sl3120-1te28-5aa3. i want to replace it with 6sl3120-1te32-0aa4 (which has a bigger rated power than the old one). Is it just a plug-n-play procedure or do i have to upload and convert the program from the control unit to make it work? Thank you

RB91 Gold Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 10/22/2024 Posts: 1278 Rating: (300)	Hi, it is not plug n play, as it is a different component and the CU will figure out the difference in the DriveCLiQ topology. So you will need to open your Starter project and go through the DDS configuration to change the rating of the motor module and then do a download again.

For the other 2, i got the fault in the picture, can anyone help me out? i guess that there is some starter components that is missing in my laptop, but i dont know that it is. How evere, the CU displays F30650. i tried restart the whole system and it did not work. do you know how to overcome this fault? thank you
