Multi screen operation - VGA card recommendation

Woja Posts: 18 Rating: (1)	We have project where we should use either twoor four screenson one operator station with WinCC. Are there any general recomendations about which graphics card should we use? I've seen Multi-VGA for PCS and I'm interested whether it is everything that could be used with Siemens software? If anyone has experience whith such systems please recommend me a solution.

Woja Posts: 18 Rating: (1)	Is it OK to use Quadro NVS series from NVIDIA? That series also supports DualView technology as Matrox cards selected from Siemens does. Fujitsu-Siemens has only as an option for there workstations NVIDIA Quadro NVS (280, 285) We were planning to use Celzius workstations from Fujitsu-Siemens and we would like to have them packed by FS completely. I've been reading about differences from VGA cards since I've got this problem and it seems that it could be a sollution. I think that only difference from other cards is that you have to get card with DualView option. ATI VGA cards seem to have DualView option installed in them by default. Or I wasn't looking so closely at those products :- ) Unfortunatelly I don't know that equipment so good so I cannot say this for sure.

TsVas Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	Hallo, I have use several times the Matrox QID series multi vga cards for projects of WinCC, using 2 monitors with resolution of 3200x1200 pixels and 4 monitors with resolution 3200x2400, and I don't had any problem with that. I have tried these cards and with HP computers and with FSc computers and servers with no problem at all. (www.matrox.com) If you have any more questions please contact me.
