Multiple MTP1500 same screen

Hello

I have 3 MTP1500 unified panels in one installation.

All 3 panels are supposed to show the same screens. But depending on the panel certain functions will be blocked (ignored). 

Is there a smart way to copy the screens from one panel to the other and to keep them identical even if I change something? like putting the whole HMI into the library...

Thanks for the quick reply.

- All 3 panels are connected to the same PLC.

- 2 panels are used to controll the same sequence of a machine

- 1 panel is used for maintenance purposes (sensors / drives / ....)

However to keep engineering simple all 3 panels are suppossed to get 100% identical software/screens.

Only a few buttons controlling the sequence are specific to an HMI. Everything else is identical.

My idea so far was to split the data exchange with the HMI as follow:

-  1 Structure for all common HMI data (for all 3 HMI)

- 3 Structures for the data that are individual to each HMI. If I want an action only executed by one specific HMI I only evaluate the data from the according structure and ignore the others.

This works so far.

However, the problem is to keep the screens on the 3 panels identical. This means each time I change something I need to realize the change 3 times.

> Would it be possible to have 1 master runtime and the 2 others are just a copy (similar to "smart view") ?

How would the hardware configuration for this solution look like?

- still 3 HMI configured?

- only 1 HMI and I have to change the IP before loading each panel? 

I like the idea with the IP , I just cant see how this solution is properly integrated in TIA so that also a differnt person realizes the concept of 3 HMI and 1 config.

I tried today the solution with the IP adresse.

Reading out the IP adresse and hide/show some elements works fine.

However when I try to load the same HMI  into 2 different physical screens. They get both the same IP and Profinet name.

Can I load the content of an HMI without loading the IP/Profinet name?

I tried "extende load to PLC" but it made no difference.

I have now 1 HMI in the configuration (TIA portal V19)  and I want to load this software into 3 different HMI's with 3 different IP adresses.

I am greatfull for any help / advise.
