If you can tell us what product it is attached to, maybe we can help you locate this gsd file. Alternatively, if you know what the product family corresponds to, you couls open the following database and find it:

The Baumer encoder gsd file you are looking for is also not found on the Baumer main site; neither is there information on the BPMV58 encoder (possibly an outdated model?):

However, the gsd-db.net site seems to have a copy of the gsd file you need, but requires you to register before you can download it:
