Please i need GSD file sinamics S120 CU320 6SL3 040-1MA00-0xxx profibus for TIA PORTAL i can't find it anywhere i need this reference exactly 6SL3 040-1MA00-0xxx.Thanks

which TIA Portal Version which Sinamcis Version, normaly with tia the actual GSD Files ar integrated and you find it in the catalog in Additional Field Devices -> PROFIBUS -> Drives -> Siemens

Hello,

you always find the corresponding on your SINAMICS CF card.

check the path:

"SIEMENS/SINAMICS/DATA/CFG" on your CF card. There you find the "PNGSD.zip" file.

Copy this file to your PC, unzip it and install it to TIA under "Options - Manage GSD files".

But usually the GSD files are already installed as ChristophD already said. You find it under Other field devices in the HW catalogue.
