Need some info about linking tags to user object properties

Azaroth Posts: 7 Rating: (1)	1st of all thank you aobut reading this thread :) then down to the point, i have n buttons and 3 user objects(each one with many properties, about 15-20) on a page, clicking on the buttons should change the tag link of every property in each object, so the question is, how to set dynamically the tags to the properties? Is possible? thank u again Flavio

So create internal text tags for each property and link the tags to the properties and check the Indirect box in the Properties window. Then program the script on the buttons to write the new tagname to each of the internal tags. This will automatically change the tag that is being referenced by each property. You can read more about indirect addressing in the WinCC manual. Hope this helps, Salma
