Network Output Modbus Addressing

I am using LOGO! FS04 and am communicating Modbus TCP to a network RTU device.  i've had multiple successes.  However, for some reason i cannot readily determine how to get access to "Network Output"  device "Q".  In the device parameters, i set to "Local variable memory" VM VB:1, Bit:1

in VM mapping i cannot find this reference, or can i directly map to it?  any input appreciated.

Who ist the server, who is the client?

 Logo! FS4 is the Server, my other device is the client.  i have already established communications as I am already able to get Parameter VM Mapping points to read in at my other device, i can also read LOGO's physical output statuses such as Q1 at modbus coil 8193. 

I just don't know which coil the network output assigns V1.1 to.

i am communicating Modbus/TCP to a remote device which is an RTU (data concentrator)

 my apologies for the confusing terminology, you were quite justified in asking for clarification.    my "RTU" is not same terminology as Modbus/RTU terminology which implies a serial connection.   all my devices are in TCP/IP, no serial connections, therefore no gateways are being used for conversion.
