The Siemens solution for SCADA packages is WinCC.

Here is a presentation of WinCC v7 from the Siemens Automation Technology pages; please go through the different sections to have a basic understanding of what the product can do for your project, and what optional packages can be added to the basic licenses to respond to specific requirements:

There are also other options, for example TIA Portal WinCC Professional runtime packages that can be run on a PC (instead of an operator panel) that allow process control, from the floor, but are less powerful in data management. See  this link for a presentation:

                               I know WinCC Flexible Pro scada .

                               2.But I dnt no About Wincc Professional And Wincc Advance And Runtime .

Notice the second link in my earlier post, and the comment preceding it. TIA Portal WinCC Advanced or Professionnal Runtime is an equivalent of WinCC Flexible runtime, if you want to put it that way.

Note that you also need a development license for your version of TIA Portal WinCC (same as you needed in WinCC Flexible).
