The current Siwatool software is the version V7.1.34.0. Please ask the Siwarex Support from Siemens for help. The email-address is: hotline.siwarex@siemens.com They will send to you the current Siwatool software version V7.1.34.0. Best regards Siwarexi

We found out that the problem was with "microsoft .Net framework" version. I had version 4.6.1 uninstalled it and installed version 4.5.2 and program worked. hope this helps someone.
