"No connection to server"

We upgrade the computer (not the software) we bought a new computer from Siemens Series IPC J and we configğred for the plant. Then we completed commissioning completed for all connections and screens but we can't complete Data monitoring. There is a screen where we see "No connection to server", also when we close Wincc on the server that message has been changed ( server not working ....). Now we need a solution but I tried all the document solutions. Also, there is haven't Simatic shell on the client.. Thanks for your answer ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Wincc 7.3 web navigator reconnect.

This is not recommended, so if you did and have checked everything else, a reinstallation of the operating system and use of a local administrator account to install the WinCC package may work. More points to keep in mind: - If you access locally, is there a connection from the server? - Any active antivirus or firewall? - If you have WinCC V7.5 or higher, did you activated the remote communication in SIMATIC Shell settings of the server? - What web browser do you use and what version does it have?
