No physical CPU with which I can connect for backup online

Excuse me a little congruence of words, but my native language
is Spanish, so the translation into English will be a little
difficult. I talk to them I have a similar situation where
I require backup also perform online modification and link
with the plc or virtual CPU that there is a siemens pc.
The catch is that the pc has a CP5711, which is connected
to a rack S7-300 modules using an ET-200 SLAVE up so normal.
But there is no physical CPU with which I can connect for
backup online and see what happens. I have understood that
siemens have the option of running a virtual PLC within a PC,
but try to trace the program without any success.
I had never seen anything like it, because I know the WinLC
that is a virtual simulator PLC, but looking at the PC
applications found nothing. Even the Simatic Manager,
just inside the PC there, the Simotion Scout, OPC server
and NCM, the most I could find is a file where hardware
settings ET200 was. And the application that interacts
with S7-300 modules are made in a visual basic application
type, without any siemens scada. Plant staff says there
is the person who is connected via a cable and can
see online KOP logic code program, the question is,
