Are you sure the SFC is not being set to auto programmatically from CFC or another SFC? That's what it looks like could be happening. Your user input will always be overridden if you have something writing to the nub instead. Even SFC charts still have nubs like SFC type, you can see them if you 'open external view' and check link/SFC access on the nub there. |

Ensure not to "Lock" the Auto/Manual by linking the "auto" input and fix it at "1" in external view of SFC. Then you will be able to set the sfc to manual in HMI. |

Then it will be even easier. Please right click at your sfc in external view, set the "EnMAN" to 1. |

BitRidder It appears these SFC have already run through at least 1 time, maybe more, so far. Are you able to force the transition true (by CFC logic manipulation or by the process progress) to make it carry on to the next step or are all the SFC permanently stuck in their current step even if the transition conditions are true? How about using the external view nubs to force a state change? |
