But the waiting time would be long. There is one roadblock that would decide it all: Do you have the original engineered project? In other words.. do you have the offline WinCC Flexible project file?

While you wait for an expert to respond, have a look at: Migration of a WinCC flexible project .. Migration of Plants with SIMATIC (TIA Portal) - Visualization The choice of the replacement would depend on what your budget is and what functionality you have. Officially a 'comfort' panel is best suited for your case, but a 'basic' panel will work if you have basic functionality. One question that will come up: Which communication does this HMI use? I hope you soon get an answer from a knowledgeable person.
