OPC UA not working with simulated PLC

Hi everyone.
For our production we want to use the IOT 2050 with the wonderfulSIMATICmeetsLinux/IOT2050-NodeRed-OPCUA-Serverexample. Thanks to Bergmanu.

But before using it, we want to prove it locally on windows.

What i want to know if can we make PLC work with OPC-UA using TIA portal, nettoplcsim and node-red without using actual iot gateway device and actual PLC? because i have able to do the simulation with node-red(S7 node), tia-portal, nettoplcsim but not able to do with OPC UA node.

Before node-red, first i try to generate(find) nodeid using UAexpert but cannot be able to. Can any one guide me the step?
