OS server problem after restarting

I ama new end user of PCS 7. I am not a programmer, but a user on a oil productionplatform.

• server adapter - OK (connected)
• terminal bus - AFT mode
• Desktop adapter - OK

• Did we missed any initialisation step during restarting the server? Usually, we do not have any problem after we restart the server. Not sure what is happening now.
• Is server 1A corrupted and we need to reinstall all software packages in server 1A (except the operating system)?read the ops manual and it says that we can refer to PCS 7- PC Configuration and Authorization manual to reinstall the software packages.
• This may be a stupid question, butis there a possibility that theKVM cannot locate where the server is?

After some investigation, we found out that CP1613 is missing from DTUOS1A Station Configuration.See attached component view below. (this shows how it used to look like when the server ok). We do not know how and why this happens after we restarted the server. What we did is we Re-configured the Station Configuration by adding two more index 4 & 5 for CP1613 and CP1613<board2>. Re-download OS Network Configuration & OS Project DTUOS1A afterwards. Everything went back to normal again after this exercise.
