if i should to select Vmax = 500rpm..how should be the number of step to set?

Do you have all the settings for the mechanics? Continue to the other settings. You will see there is one that says about ramping times and maximum speed. You can change the units to RPM if you wish.

Your work speed is 500rpm. The maximum speed can be more than this. The software will warn you if you are making a bad setting for maximum speed.

To be fair to whoever volunteer (yes we are not paid by Siemens) to help you further -> Please make some screen captures of what you have set already. Remember that this Forum is blind - it does not even know what multiplier value you have chosen on the dip switches. Give as much information as possible -- all in one place. Working this Forum like an IM is not working well.

i have a gear box 1:40..so 40 revolution for the shaft of the motor are 40 out of the gear box.

i suppose to write on the field Load movement per motor revolution 9 deg..because 360/40 =9

and in the pulse of revolution i setted(before start this topic) 200
