PC Adapter interface problem

simatics7300 Posts: 68 Rating: (0)	Hi I have step 7 pro v 5.5 and when I instal in my computer TIA portal v13 my PC Adapter interface stoped working and when i try download program to the device I see error : "Online communication link to adapter demage" Please help me.

simatics7300 Posts: 68 Rating: (0)	SIemens Simatic S7 PC adapter USB 6ES7 972-0CB20-0XA0 SVP D4547242 [X][5][6][7][8] V1.3 Before I installed TIA portal this adapter in STEP 7 v5.5 pro worked normaly. I think that this is software problem. To day I install Step 7 v13 and I can download program in Step 5.5. In the photo I showed prorgamy which installed. Attachment Bez tytułu.png (246 Downloads)
