you can use in WinCC Advanced RT up to 8 parallel connections. so you can easily communicate to two PLCs.

You can use the build in functionality for loggin the values you want.

You do not need to program anything in the PLC. THe HMI access works not with specific commands in your PLC cycle, it works parallel and in the most cases you do ot have to do anything on PLC side for the communication
