PCS7 installation error

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	After you install a program sometimes you are asked to reboot the computer. Some programs "forget" to ask you to reboot the machine but still require a reboot. And if you attempt to install a new program in this condition you'll get the error message like yours. So, reboot your machine and continue with the install. It should work. If you are not sure, it is always a good idea to reboot your computer before installing a new program.

Smulekar™ Posts: 27 Rating: (2)	Hi, To avoid this error do the following steps. 1) goto Start--> run --> 2) type : msconfig 3) go to Startup menu 4) Disable All 5) click ok and it will ask for restart after restart install the Siemens software. after proper installtion is siemens software again go steps 1-4 and enable all.
