Open the properties of the generated block icon. Go to Configurations > AnalogValueFormat1. Change the Value to ##0

Set Feature.bit28 and Feature.Bit30 to '0' and Feature.bit29 to '1' of block Pcs7AnIn'. Set 'SubsPV_In' to the value you like to have in case of error.

3) to show time remaining from timer I used to connect  timer  value to anlMonitor block then show it on WinCC screen by ticking it in properties of AnlMon block ... is there any other way to do it??

As the parameter 'TimeRemaining' of block 'TimerP' is not transfered to OS during compilation it is a usual way to connect it to a block like 'MonAnL' or 'MonAnS' to show it in runtime. If you like also to set the setpoint of the timer during OS-runtime you could also use 'OpAnL' or 'OpAnS' instead of 'MonAnL'. In that case you connect 'TimeRemaining' to 'PV_In'. So in the generated block icon you can see both; The set value and the down running remaining time. There are also plenty other ways, depending what you don't like in these standard solutions.

Regarding your 2nd point; The timer is counting down in the steps according to the OB-task. The only thing is that you can't see it in the fast OBs online. Neither in online view of CFC nor in OS-runtime. The default update rate (for watching) is in both cases 2 seconds. In CFC you can change it to 1 second (not faster). In OS you could change the 'Update Cycle' of the corresponding tag connection at the block icon to max 250ms.

that is strange. The property AnalogValueFormat1 is included in the control-file, that means it is recovered when updating the block icons. In my project it is working fine. Could it be that for any reason the block icon was generated new instead of updated? This happens when in e.g. the name of the chart or block has changed or an other type of block icon was assigened.
