PDF-print problem with KP400 Comfort

Hello everybody!

I have a problem with printing reports from a KP400 Comfort. I have transferred the drivers for the PDF-printer (V1.4) and I've also set up this one as the standard printer in the HMI's control panel (and, of course, I've set up the actual PDF-printer as accessed from the HMI's desktop). 

The plan is to print out an alarm log to a connected USB-memory, but when I push the button that has the "PrintReport"-event nothing happens.

I waited for a few minutes and then moved the USB-memory to my laptop where I saw that a .pdf-file had been written with the name that I configured in the PDF-printer, but the size is 0B and Adobe Acrobat returns an error message saying that it cannot open this file.

When I scope through the system alarm log of the HMI I can see that it has generated an alarm that says "No standard printer available" or something like that.

Seeing as I had a hard time even transferring the driver with ProSave I quit my pursuit of implementing this feature in favor of other (more important) tasks.

Anyone have an idea of how to solve my problem?

Yep, that's the page I originally went through. I followed all steps but it doesn't work.

When I'm running the simulator it prints the report to the printer that has been set as the default printer in my laptop (fair enough), but in the panel I've made the setup for default printer to be the PDF-printer that I installed through ProSave.
