Hi Murali.R, the problem is that the dead time between MV and PV is so big, that you have to consider it at the PID. Have you tried to use the a Smith Predictor? The Smith Predictor is a way to optimize the process control with big dead times. A normal PI controller must be tuned very sluggish for processes with large dead times and the control performance will decrease accordingly.
