PLC backup of Siemens CPU 1212C with Simatic Manager

The communication protocol shows it is connected to PLC via ethernet IP but on uploading station it gives error as shown in image attached. #dP Posts: 2826 Rating: (661)	IBN-Service You can not use Simatic Manager for CPU 12xx. You must use TIA. The problem is probably bigger than that. Look at the version of the PLC. He will need to know which version of the TIA software and then still will not be able to make a complete upload.
