PLC panels communication

jagan@111087 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi all, Is it possible to use a common remote IO panel for two different CPUs.I have three panels A, B, C. A and B are PLC panels, I want to connect the remote IO panel in common to both of these panels A & B.Is it possible.

But that totally depends on which hardware you are going to use. ? Can you provide more detail (Type and order number of CPU,CP,IM etc) about that. ?

Communication between two PLCs. . You can have direct communication of PLC A with RIO Panel consisting IM-153-1. . And then exchange data of RIO between PLC A and PLC B through MPI or DP or Ethernet. . (PLC S7-300 or S7-400). . 2. Use IM 153-2 as RIO Panel. . (PLC S7-300 or S7-400). . But take care of outputs conflicts. .
