Dear Amhed Abdelhak, is SIMATIC NET installed on the same system? If yes, this could be a possible reason. Hi sancruz, Thanks a lot!! that was the issue! I have SIMATIC NET on the same system. I did an OS upgrade -in my case this was ok- per the link you provided and it fixed the problem. RemedyUpdate the operating system on your PC:
