Hi William_B, the right solution : - uninstall PLCSIM - Reboot pc - Run Ccleaner on register - reboot pc - reinstall PLCSIM : PLCSIM V13 SP1. I had the same problem. good luck |

Thank you.. a very sound suggestion!! Bad news - This solution does not work for me. Again I followed the instructions given in the FAQ and updated to PLCSim V13 SP1 Update 1. The error still remains:
Step7 (TIA V13 SP1 Update5) does start up normally and report that PLCSim V13 SP1 Update 1 is present. Attached is the Siemens products currently installed. AttachmentSIMATIC Products Installed (William_B).zip (460 Downloads) |

Perhaps it is time to go the hard way and do a complete new Installation? And perhaps an official support request... |
