Please Help With Simatic S7-300 6ES7-315-1AF02-0AB0 With Berger Lahr Sig positec WDM3-004.1801 & VRDM 3913/50 LWB Setup

Surpius Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello to all. I have read these forums for awhile and they are very helpful. I will give you a little background of mine. I am very outgoing in learning everything. This new adventure for me in PLCs and Automation is very interesting. I am extremely new to this all. I am basically right now wanting to know how to test individual products. Not set up full operational systems. Don't be afraid to really dumb down things to me. Any and all help is very appreciated. Sorry for the rant but anyways. I have several pieces of equipment to start with. I need some test bench for certain items. I have: Siemens 1-6ES7 315-1AF02-0AB0 = CPU 1-6ES7 951-0KF00-OAA0 = Flash 1-6ES7 353-1AH01-OAE0 = Stepper 1-6ES7 365-0BA01-0AA0 = IM 365 Send Receive 3-6ES7 322-1BL00-0AA0 = Module 2-6ES7 321-1BL00-0AA0 = Module 1- 6ES6440-2UD21-1AA1 = Micro Master 440 Controller Berger Lahr Sig Positec WDM3-004.1801 = Driver Amplifier VRDM 3913/50 LWB = Stepper Motor I also have several Mitsubishi and Funac but I am mainly focusing on these units. I want to be able to test the Lahr Berger Motors and Drivers. Plus learn all the items in between. I have several pieces of software and some I still have not a clue exactly what they do yet. I am learning as I go. I have installed Simatic Step 7 and have been watching tutorials and trying my best to learn it. CONCLUSION: Is this even plausible to drive the WDM3-004 with the Siemens equipment I have. Extras: The pin out from the FM 353 to the WDM3-004 is all the same but pins 5,6,8,13, and 14. I attached a photo for reference. I have but have not explored yet : WINCC RT 128 S7 PRODAVE MPI MINI V6.0 WIN AC RTX V4.1 +SP1 SIMATIC NET CP 5613 A2 DRIVER EDITION 2005 Thank you all as this means a lot to my future. I appreciate any info. I understand that in an experts mind my question is very much vague. I would have replied sooner but missed the notice of the response. Sorry for that. The GSD files that you mention. Are these files I would load into S7 software or what. As in the MLFB devices you mentioned. Are you saying I would have to order new specific equipment that is configured by Siemens specifically for this or I can reconfigure the hardware I have (S7 CPU 6ES7 315-1AF02-0AB0)? Thank you anything that leads me in the right direction helps.
