Hello faheem; If you have access to Step 7 and a S7-300 CPU, I can suggest the following tutorials provided by Siemens: https://www.automation.siemens.com/mcms/sce/en/advanced_training/training_material/download_training_material/a_basics_step7_programming/Pages/Default.aspx They are a step-by-step presentation of the programming of a S7-300 CPU, from the most simple tasks to communication through Profibus-DP, As-iand Ethernet, ending with the control of Siemens drives. For S7-200 training, the following document could be of help: http://www.industry.siemens.com.br/automation/br/pt/seguranca-de-maquinas/interfaces-de-seguranca/plc-de-seguranca/simatic-s7-200/Documents/Manual%20Simatic%20S7-200%20em%202h.pdf If you have an adequatevversion of Microwinsupported byWindows 7, installation should be very simple: Which version of STEP 7 Micro/WIN or S7-200 PC Access is compatible with which version of MS Windows? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
