Good day, congratulation, this sounds like you are getting forward in the PQM project, that the other postings has helped you a bit. Now, in this scenario I'd suggest: --> option one, would be to check with the Siemens Sales dept. if the task you are executing in COMOS are covered by the licenses you received; if not, I'm sure that they will be glad to help you out first of all with the information about what is missing there. That message does not looks like as an error message, but as an information box: it suggests to contact the sales person --> Option two, could be to go to www.siemens.com/gtac and open an IR (an Incident Report) to have the Support of Siemens troubleshoot this issue, to found out if this is an unwished effect in the software which should be corrected, or if there is a module in the license missing. If you do so, please list your steps, confirm the affected version of COMOS (with the information about the ServicePack, Update, maybe even a Patch-#...), as well please record the issue/information message with the DebugView from Microsoft and send them the log file mentioning the IR-#. If you do not know how to open a new IR, a support ticket for COMOS, please see this FAQ. That workflow is quite easy and fast, so I'm sure that after one or two IRs, you will not need the FAQ any more. If you prefer to contact the support by phone, please see this document. --> Option 3: maybe some other COMOS users and admins already went through this scenario, so they could post here which one was the solution they have found.
