Printing

Do you wish to change the default printer dinamically or would it be ok to just set the .pdf creator as the default printer?

As per Nemo's post, setting the default printer is a Windows function. Here are some examples of how to do this.

You can use the Windows API call :

or you could use WMI :

or you could use a VBS script :

or if you don't want to write code you could use a freeware utility such as :

I had a quick search on google and haven't tried it out but maybe this is what you need;

wshNetwork.RemovePrinterConnection clPrinters.Item(i+1), true

'maps new printers.
wshNetwork.AddWindowsPrinterConnection "\\print\H11Print"

'sets default printer.
wshNetwork.SetDefaultPrinter "\\print\H11Print"

Probably you only need the first line and the part where it sets the default printer, but maybe the rest is usefull for you or someone else as well.
