Dear Users, with the new Industy Online Support "private messages"will be integrated into mySupport as "personal messages". The functionality will be fundamentally reengineered. Please note, that already published messages will not be migrated into the new pages. Until the re-launch to the new Industry Online Support it will be possible to export the messages to an Excel file. This will give you the option to archive your messages. Best regards CS Moderator |
